Kenneth G. Egan was born December 19, 1963 in the state of Virginia. His college education was completed at Mary Washington College in Virginia. Upon graduation his law degree was obtained from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Kenneth G. Egan graduated from law school in 1991 and passed the New Mexico State Bar in 1991. He has been licensed in the State and Federal Courts of New Mexico since that time.
After graduation he moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico, to be near his family. He was retained by a local law firm upon his arrival to Las Cruces, New Mexico. He left that firm after 9 months to start his own office in Las Cruces. Since then he has been at the same location for 15 years.
By the age of 31 Kenneth G. Egan was the youngest attorney in the state of New Mexico to accomplish the following:
- Won a personal injury jury trial;
- Won a felony jury trial
- Won a civil rights jury trial
- Filed a Chapert 11 bankrupcy for a client.
All by the age of 31.
Presently his practice consitis of personal injury, wrongful death and bankruptcy work.
